Well its almost spring break and the project Its working well we're on track and David, Brittany and I thought about going out and visit more places and actually go together to them as the first days we did. Talking and writing what we thought of them was our idea of going out and to see how we have so many of the sames foods being sold in different places but having a flavor that makes them different from each other and that is nice to know those things and give them a good feedback of how they're restaurants are working and so far they have thanked us and said they would change and make it better.
One of the main things for us is to go out and try them and take pictures of the things we eat and not fall behind just like we did before and ask more questions. Well hopefully I'll be putting more pictures for everyone to see and make them go and try out the things I've tried because there's nothing better than craving Mexican Food.

How the project works
The project at this point Its going great we had a bad start and we could say we were falling behind on it but we got back at it with enthusiasm and to just finish and get over with it. The reviews on food are going great we been to so many restaurants trying out the food and my group David and Brittany are really helpful such as giving me advice and to create questions for me to ask when I go out alone to review them. Getting money to buy the food and transportation is not that hard for me because I don't really pay for the food with the help of my brothers always playing for me Its a great advantage I have to save money and to go out every week and try even more foods.
As today I chose a book for the project it would seem that Its too late for it but guess what failure is not in me and so we decide to read The Joy of Cooking

El Jalisco's
Today my family wanted to go out and the restaurant choice we made was "El Jaliscos" which is a family kind of place located by Rodeo park. This places gives the feeling of actually being in Mexico people coming in and out and having so many types of The many things being sold. The first choice I made was "Menudo" and that is something they only sell in the mornings and taste and just texture of it makes you feel the real flavors of it and how it is made with simple things such as the ingredients and tasting them being cooked at its point.
The restaurant and it's phenomenal foods has giving Tucson one of a kind restaurants famous for the breakfast which you have meny types of foods too try and out not just "eggs and bacon" but more like Pozole, Menudo and so much more to try and it. If your thinking on having a nice start then Jalisco's my friend Its a great choice for you

La Salsa 2/24
I was free this weekend and decided to go check out "La Salsa" where my friend's mom works and to be honest this place has something different from all other restaurants that I have visited in the past weeks as for my "PV has passion". The place gives me a feeling of being in Mexico eating the real food and when I started to order the people where much nice and happy of the work they were doing and they offered me to try the main dish which was "Baja Fajitas shrimp style
." It gave me a bizarre flavor for whom I had never tried before and that I had no idea what the flavor was about or even what it had inside of it. The deep flavor and strong ordor of a tasty food and how it was made it gave the food an 8 because overall the food felt bizarre different not with the same taste of a real Mexican food.
This place felt bizarre different from the others but is still one of them I can actually say to you and go out and try it out and put it in one of you lists this weekend and see it for yourself.

Jason's 2/17
Jason's is a small place close to 22nd and Craycroft that Its actually famous for the Burritos, Caramelos and Hot Dogs which they are the main dishes at the place and so many people go out and tried the food while I was eating trying out the Famous Sonoran Hot Dog. Its a nice place and the feeling of eating out on the open Its something not new to me as I feel that eating into the open Its better place and that makes "Jason's" nice and to go and tried what they have. The food is not the best so I can actually say that even though its into the open it helps bit not as much.
Some things they have is how the stand Its put and if they could change it could make a better place, the owners of the place are the ones to Cook and take orders and I had the chance to ask so many questions and how they started but over all the service and eating into the open was great.

Adriana's 2/10
"Adriana's" is probably where I can actually say that you should actually go and see the Art being Created inside that place which means Sonoran Food That I had never tried and I'm letting you know I change My Mind of "El Guero Canelo" of being one the best. This place actually has one best service and you can actually see your food being made in front of you and eat it fresh. It has many varieties to choose and too actually see the real food and and taste the real flavors from Sonoran Food. Some of the dishes I tried were "Frijoles Puercos with rice" which was alright you couldn't figure out the taste of beans because they have so many things being added to them that's why the name is something to remember and some other dishes I tried were "Burritos And Caramelos of Carne Asada" which were so good besides the salsa that was not spicy enough for me. One of the last dishes I would recommend and try first would be "pollo con Champiñones" in other words it was the best dish made and that I would honestly give a 10.
The owner of the place was the one to Cook for me and I gotta say it was just so nice to meet the owner and to actually tried the person who made the recipes and it was just an incredible experience because she'll even share some of her recipes with you if you convince her.

El Guero Canelo 2/03
One of my first choices to go out and try food was " El Guero Canelo" it was one of the best ones and I'm glad to had gone first as the food being one the most delicious and just a great choice for you to go out and try it out. The service was great and the atmosphere of the place was peaceful people enjoying the food and just were having fun and even some of them said "one of the places I comeback once every week and just I love the burritos and Caramelos"-unknown person. The food being so delicious makes you feel that you can be fat and enjoy your self and Its a great choice for anyone to go and try it out, anyone can go and is just a family place which means all ages come into the place. One of the Foods That You Can Actually say no its "Sonora Hot Dog" as being one the Foods That are not likely to be delicious or just have that taste that you'll love because of the beans being one the toppings is just not a good combination " hot dogs and beans do not go together because the beans overwhelms the flavor of the hot dog"- David Zazueta expert in Sonoran Hot Dogs, but other choices like Burritos or Caramelos of Carne Asada It is A Great choice.
I got to talk to one of the Family members of The Contreras which they said that they started to build up with a small stand of hot dogs back in 1993 as they now hold 3 locations which you could say Its a good place.
